RAFFLE GUIDELINES:

• Each raffle entry is $20. A maximum of 2500 tickets can be sold.
• Top prizes are: $1500 cash, $1000 cash, and $500 cash!!
• Tickets can be purchased on USL’s website.
• The raffle will run TWO WEEKS: Friday, March 10th through Saturday, March 25th
• The raffle winners will be announced at the Spring Celebration event on March 25th.
• Winner need not be present to win. 

At University School, each student contributes more than 50 hours per year of service to uplift our community.  This is in addition to our COVID service relief program in which we’ve supported two North Charleston public schools (Pinehurst and Midland Park) and their families through 80+ distributions of food, books, toys, clothes, and more since March 2020.  A bus to carry and deliver items for our community service activities is a critical need.

We are a lean and dynamic learning environment, and $.94 of every dollar goes directly to our mission! University School is a role model for citizenship training (our vaunted election exit polling program and Youth Poll Worker Program to help administer elections), understanding different religions and cultures (our students visit 4-5 houses of worship each year), and academics (our students shine on the state and national stage in all of our disciplines).

We also feature our hallmark Learning Outside the Classroom program, and this entails wide-ranging experiences in the greater world.  This bus is a critical part of the USL academic experience, allowing students to visit dozens of locations throughout our community providing first-hand experiential learning. This is the primary need for our bus.
