“The drive was long and we had to begin at an early hour but it was an incredible experience! It was truly unbelievable watching all the troops run to see their families after training. Walking through the barracks was a strange experience to know that soon new recruits would be sleeping and training there. I enjoyed the museum tour and learned things I never knew about the Army. I think eating in the mess hall was a bit scary – it was so quiet! Overall, just wow! What an experience that I will never forget!”
