All University School students have PE every morning before 9:30 a.m. This recent article published by USA Today shares some startling statistics about our lack of activity as Americans and what it’s doing to our health and healthcare costs. Most notably, fewer than 1 in 3 Americans meet new standards set by the federal government for physical fitness.
